About Us
Currituck Sonrise Church started with a group of 15 Christian people who did not agree with changes the Bible's interpretation to fit societal changes. We believe that the Bible is the Word of God as written. We desire to be part of a Church that honored the authority of God's word.

Out of that meeting, Currituck Sonrise Church was formed. We eventually entered a shared space arrangement with Rehoboth Baptist Church in Maple, NC. Each Sunday, we worship at 9:30 AM and Rehoboth worships at 11:00 AM. Both churches work together on special occasions and share some fellowship meals together.

We are growing in God's Grace through Worship, Fellowship, Discipleship, Service and Witness.
What We Believe
We follow the teachings of the Bible. We believe in one God, who is the Father, Son and Holy Spirit, the Savior of all persons who put their faith in Him alone for eternal life.
